While the County regulations are changing, we have the following office protocols set in place:
Our routine eye exams and office visits are by appointment only. If you need a repair, adjustment or are picking up glasses or contact lenses, please call or text to confirm that someone will be available to assist you upon your arrival.
If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please do not come to the office, please call, text, or email to reschedule your appointment. We will need to reschedule you once you are no longer experiencing symptoms.
Masks for patients who are NOT experiencing any cold, flu, or COVID are now OPTIONAL.
If you have been experiencing cold or COVID like symptoms in the last 2 weeks, you will be required to wear a mask and your temperature will be checked. If you are showing signs of a fever, you will be required to reschedule your visit.
If you have not been experiencing any symptoms in the last 2 weeks, masks are NOW OPTIONAL.
All staff and doctors will continue wearing masks when working closely with patients.
All patients will need to wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival.
Testing equipment will be sanitized between each patient.
If you are trying on eyewear, please leave any tried item on a surface to be cleaned with our UV cleaning machine.
We request that you continue to practice social distancing (6ft distance) in the office, whenever possible.
