COVID Protocols for Our Valued Patients
While the County regulations are changing, we have the following office protocols set in place:
Our routine eye exams and office visits are by appointment only. If you need a repair, adjustment or are picking up glasses or contact lenses, please call or text to confirm that someone will be available to assist you upon your arrival.
If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please do not come to the office, please call, text, or email to reschedule your appointment. We will need to reschedule you once you are no longer experiencing symptoms.
We request that you continue to practice social distancing (6ft distance) in the office, whenever possible.
All staff and doctors will be wearing masks. Masks are still required for all patients prior to entering the office. For your safety and for the safety of our staff, anyone who does not have a mask will not be able to enter the office. If you do not have a mask and are just picking up, please knock and stay outside. Someone will come to help you over the window.
Temperature checks will continue to be performed on everyone, including doctors, staff, and patients. Anyone showing signs of fever or illness will be asked to reschedule their visit.
All patients will need to wash their hands upon arrival.
Testing equipment will be sanitized between each patient.
If you are trying on eyewear, please leave any tried item on a surface to be cleaned with our UV cleaning machine.
Hand sanitizers are placed throughout the office.
Thank you for your understanding. We are excited to see you at the office and are committed to keeping you and our staff safe.
